Schenk family Switzerland chooses Halter for the real estate part of the wine city.
Since April, the presentation of La Cité du Vin, a major Rollois architectural project implemented by Maison Schenk, has made it possible to discover not only the appearance of the future production site, but also the urban planning philosophy that results from it. : sustainable, human and dynamic.
The project for this new production site in Rolle is of a rare scale in the Swiss wine landscape. Maison Schenk then seized the unique opportunity to build an exceptional cellar, with the stated ambition of being one of the most accomplished in Europe.
This bet proved to be a winning one since no opposition has been noted to date. The work should therefore begin in April 2022 so that the tool can receive its first harvest in the fall of 2024.
