La Licorne
The reference for characterful Vaud wines
A symbol of power and purity, the Unicorn is intimately linked to the history of Bolle & Cie. When Alphonse Bolle acquired the Cornaz family wine business in 1865, a unicorn already appeared on the company's coat of arms.
A century later, the exceptional 1971 vintage inspired the creation of a Pinot Noir named La Licorne, which quickly became the company's emblematic cuvée. Since then, this signature, synonymous with quality and authenticity, has been applied to a range of white, red, rosé and sparkling wines. Presented in an original bottle design, some of these limited-production vintages offer a palette of flavors capable of seducing the most demanding palates.
