Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (4:15 p.m. Friday).
Customer account
Who is the customer area for?
Only professional customers of Schenk family Switzerland are authorized to request the creation of a customer account. The customer area is not open to the general public.
How do I obtain a customer account?
You can request the creation of an account using the dedicated form or by contacting your representative or internal employee assigned to Schenk family Switzerland directly.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
New customer accounts do not require a password. A code is sent to you by email, log in to your account .
Product search
You can access our catalog via the main menu (or in the footer) under the heading "Assortment" or via the shortcuts on the welcome page (red block) entitled "Online catalog".
You will then access the search by attributes which allows you to refine your results by:
- Availability
- Price
- Type of product
- Place of production
- Producer
- Brand
- Appellation
- Grape varieties
- Honors
- Conditioning
- Vintage
- Size
You can also perform a text search using the search engine at the top of the page. All you have to do is type the name of a product, a grape variety, a brand or even a region. You can also directly access the product sheet for an item by entering the Schenk reference (reference code, EAN bottle bar code, EAN packaging bar code but also via the SKU or wine code).
Online order
What are the prerequisites for ordering online?
As a Schenk family Switzerland customer, you have the possibility to place your orders online. To do this, you must first have a Schenk family Switzerland Internet account and be logged in. Refer to: “Customer Account – How to obtain an account” or Sign into your account .

What are the billing conditions applied?
The prices indicated correspond to current prices according to your distribution channel. If you benefit from special conditions, these will be applied to you when invoicing.
Only payment by invoice for orders is possible. Your invoice will be given to you once delivery of the goods has been made (exception: special arrangements).
