Château de Vinzel

A STORY OF TRADITION AND PASSION

Château de Vinzel is a modern-day story with roots in the 17th century. A singular story where love letters written by young boarders, a lover of words and a man heir to a know-how handed down by his father and grandfather: that of revealing the full expression of the grape.

The estate extends over an 8.4-hectare terroir, characterized by a steep slope and ideal exposure, providing optimal conditions for the vines. This subtly nuanced soil mainly nurtures Chasselas, the region's emblematic grape variety, as well as a parcel of Merlot, a pioneer in this viticultural sector. These grape varieties will express themselves even more intensely when cellared in the wooden vases, some of which are over a hundred years old, in the estate's cellar.
