A new eco-cellar
From its design to its operation, the project combines cutting-edge innovations with the use of natural techniques in order to reduce its carbon footprint: raw earth walls, gravity flow cellar, recovery of winemaking by-products, and even green and solar roofs, to name just a few.
This major achievement, combined with several other initiatives in the field, illustrates the unreserved commitment of the company and its owners to actively participate in the ecological transition and to project the Schenk company into the world of tomorrow.
