Château de Paraza

With the Canal du Midi nearby, the history of the Château de Paraza is closely linked to the History of France, and more particularly to that of the Languedoc region, with its very rich past and remains dating back to the Roman occupation.

The property extends over 130 hectares. The vineyard is located on hillsides, facing south on soil that is very favorable to growing vines. It consists of 65 hectares, including 50 hectares of vines classified as Appellation Contrôlée Minervois and 15 hectares as Vin de Pays d'OC.
