Family-owned since 1946, Florian Ramu is at the head of the estate today, focusing on the continuous improvement of grape quality through yield control and biodiversity.
The Domaine des Alouettes range presents a wide range of grape varieties from the canton, which Florian Ramu enjoys vinifying, diversifying and introducing in different ways. The magnificent red blend Noir Plaisir is probably the emblem of the estate, whose range has recently been modernized. A must-see!
Location of the domaine
In the heart of the largest wine-growing commune in Switzerland, Satigny, the Domaine des Alouettes, with its 17-hectare vineyard, enjoys excellent exposure. Located on the right bank of the Rhône, it has a complex terroir dominated by clay and limestone and with many grape varieties. Since the 1980s, a sustainable and more environmentally friendly cultivation method has been practiced there.
