The Galoubet is a small three-holed recorder, used in the South of France mainly as an accompaniment to the tambourine. It is also the name given to our rosé wine from Provence, in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation.
The Galoubet is a fruity rosé with structure, perfect for the summer season, but also to accompany many dishes, for example fish and salads.
