    Temperature and maceration between 14° and 18°C. Aging in
    vats on fine lees for several weeks.

    Clear, bright dress, a beautiful peach color with luminous pink highlights

  • Nose

    Aromas of vine peach and bergamot enhanced with floral scents of rose and peony

  • Palate

    The initial sensation is ample, fleshy, textured, and enveloping. Then the mid-palate becomes fresher, leaving a tangy touch on the finish.
