The vines are harvested manually towards the end of September. This vintage is vinified entirely in barrels, 30% of which are new wood, then stirred and aged on fine lees for 9 months.

Bright yellow.
Nose
Aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) and white flowers (acacia, etc.). The surprising finish exudes aromas of grapefruit and lemon.
Palate
The wine perfectly expresses the freshness of the terroir and reveals itself to be smooth and lively.
