Patience and time are the companions of this exceptional vintage: a meticulous manual harvest at full maturity, partially destemmed, followed by a 30-day vatting period with delestages for a subtle and powerful extraction. After aging in barrels for 24 months, the noble Rhone grape varieties reveal their complex aromas with subtlety. Before being marketed, the wine rests in bottles for at least a year.

A bouquet with smoky and spicy accents unfolds scents of cherry-cola, black raspberry and spicy flowers.
Palate
Expressive flavors of sweet red and black berries and spice cake are complemented by notes of lavender and smoky minerals. It shows a beautiful structure and spicy texture on a long, gently tannic finish which echoes the floral note.
